I don't really know what to put here hehe...

Sometimes I feel like giving up on art. Especially when I'm surrounded by such talented people who are at levels I can barely fathom. There are times when I want to delete everything and just leave. I see other people who have more comments, faves, and pageviews and I can't help but feel discouraged and honestly, jealous, even though I know that in the scheme of things, such things are irrelevant.

But I won't give up. Why?

Because of YOU. Yes, you, the reader. Because of your support I have grown tremendously as an artist and as a person. I look back on my earliest pieces of digital art and can't help but feel grateful that you've stuck with me through such low artistic periods (I mean seriously holy s***t.) So thank you for being there for me and standing as witness to my creative journey; for this I am truly in your debt.

So for all you people out there that feel like giving up, DON'T, because you can't let others or your own insecurities detract from something you love. In this case, art. But more importantly, don't let yourself detract from your passion. Instead, move forward and only look back when basking in the glory of how far you've come.

That's all I wanted to say.
